ACB proration sucks

See the newly made up table for proration sucks. They use valuation based on market NOT based on Financials statements which a Valuation stand point should be. ACB has too many warrants outstanding..and when exercised CMED holders well u know what happens. ACB buying spree is dangerous. They PP to finance everytime. (More wts) Do not forget CMED was established way before ACB rolled in. Look back at Canopys purchase of Mettrum they stick to finncials and not soley based on market trade valuation.

If one reads all the files from the securities actions you will find that to the gang of 38% ACB was not their first choice at all. Canopy was. ACB was the only on that was willing to roll with the insider actions that was bringing the deal. The other 2 approached parties most likely said no way we are getting into this crazy insider coup e'tat mess.

CBD oil is more valuable anyways. Yes some strains of hemp could end up being the cash crop, some industrial hemp strains have extremely high CBD content. Usually high CBD strains are not the typical industrial hemp strains, which are more focused on fiber strength.

How is that turning out for ISOL? Certain scientists have said this is theory and not scientifically proven as yet.

And that makes Zettle smarter than all the gang on the Board?
Comment by Raguu17 on Jan 17, 2018 9:26am
"most likely", this is the key phrase of your post.  This lets us know you are stating PURE OPINION. Assumptions and heresay.  For all you know WEED was aware of just how crazy Zettl was. Maybe WEED didn't see CMED as something they couldn't just buy or build. Maybe they ALL turned downm CMEDs plea for a rescue from Zettl.  ACB isn't the problem. 36% of your ...more
