Now that CMED is up 24+ ...ACB capped it at $24 , while they calculate their offer based on current market SP. Its a big loss on CMED holders. The so called 30%+ premium is looong gone. If ACB are using current market SP as their valuation then the offer shouldnt be capped at 24$

If you had any clue you would realize the only thing holding CMED above $16 is the Aurora bid anyway.

the deal is the same    acb in vancouver share holders meeting approved 170 million shares for take over that number hasn't changed  from day one  If the ceo would have at least went to the table he could say he tried to get best deal for his share holders instead he siued them nice guy very caring his idea of a mj company is for a private company not a puplic owned one ...more

We are in a non-solicitation period with HIP until that deal is closed. We talk to anyone else, we lose $9M. At least know your facts about the deal while you are trying to sound intelligent.....
