ACB 14.79* 4.5 = $67 CMED

Note, that ratio is NOT confirmed.  From all indications, it appears the final deal with be part stocks and cash.

Maybe 14.79*3= $44.37+ $8 cash = $52.37 or
14.79*6.9= $102

Now, is this was ANY OTHER SECTOR, the $102 would be absolutely nuts but this is the weed sector and the weed sector is on FIRE!  Everyone seems to be high and the global market numbers are very spectacular.

Now, since none of the ratios are confirmed, my expectations are a blend

($52.37+67+102)/3 = $73.79 in cash and shares.

I think CMED will take the 41 cents per shares to delay/cancel the HIP merger while keeping the supply agreements.

Put yourselve in ACB's shoes. You present an offer for 4.5 shares capped at $24 when your stock is trading at 5 bucks and CMED refuses your offer. Then when your stock goes to $14.50 CMED wants to talk and accept the 4.5 shares you offered them when your stock was at 5 bucks. I would say to CMED you little Sh!t. When I offered you the 4.5 all you had to do was remove the $24 cap and today you ...more

It certainty is silly!  First of all, ACB's shoes stink as much as ACB's smelly cap that is hopefully nice and clean now for our virgin Princess CMED!!  LOL The hostile take over attempt stank!  That's why the court documents are piling and the stuff in public ALREADY is damning!  But nobody will care if they agree to merge.  If they don't, I'll be the ...more

@Protrading, Just because 4.5 was stipulated in a press release back in Nov 2017 does not mean that's what CMED will get now, ya Door Knob.

VENMan, look buddy, you are rude. You are no longer welcomed here.  If you want to return, please ask nicely! LOL  Sorry you're missing the train.  Learn to read the markets and use a calculator ok? That might help.  Chao!  LOL
