If I buy CMED tomorrow, and the deal is finalized, will I be entitled to the 1 CMED for 3.4 ACB? any light you guys can shed is greatly appreciated.

Yes, there is no date of record for this transaction. Whoever holds the shares on the date the deal closes will be converted to ACB shares. I would expect that will happen within 30 days or so.

It will be converted to ACB by your broker. This is no deadline for ownership.

 Yes, this conversion will of CMED shares into Aurora shares will be done by your broker, but NOT on an automatic basis. As a CMED shareholder, you will have the option to elect between either: 1) the all share exchange at the stated ratio of 3.4X; or  2) some combination of cash and shares subject to certain specified limits.  I assume you will have to contact your broker to ...more
