Merger

hi I'm new to trading had sold Acb off to get Cmed for merger how does it work when it goes through u just get 3.4acb automatically in trading account or u have to vote or choose option u want?

You receive papers to select between two options.  If you don't do anything, the option of shares only becomes the default and yes, one day, your CMED shares turn into 3.4X ACB with the appropriate name change.

I’m with TD direct investing. I called the other day asking the same questions. You will either get something in the mail or your vote will automatically be 100% if you do not do anything. that’s what I was told. I opt 100 % full share vote obviously a no brainer
