How many have tendered their shares here?

Why or why not?  I'm really struggling with this.  I'm more of a nimble investor and I hate the idea of having my shares locked up for weeks especially considering the sector and the overall markets.

If there is anyone who wants to answer this question with some intelligence, please feel free.  We have to thank saveyourselfnow for putting the bar very low.  I'm not sure how much clearer I could have been with this question?

I am still holding 26ers. I have abosolutely no desire to hold ACB. Many here are ACB fans. That is fine. I am not one of them. So I am waiting to see if : Something better to comes along ACB gets above 13 so I can sell it the minute I get it ACB gets to 15 before conversion and I toss that paper on market with a smile CMED hits 46 once again and I can cash out with funds ...more

I've voted to get the 3.4 acb shares.   I was under the impression that I could still sell my cmed shares on the open market at anytime?   or am I wrong? I know at acb less than 12.65 it's better to take cash but the 2000 shares of cmed I have left,  I intend to hold long term when they convert to acb unless some horrendous news comes out (for example like fraud ...more

I did the same thing. hold some shares and keep some Cash.  at the present, as we see, not much profit after conversion. I may "do nothing" til conversion date.
