Like I said yesterday...Since, by definition, a director assumes a supervisory role inthe company, purchasing shares can constitute a violation of fiduciaryduty to the shareholders.If a director purchases shares in thecompany, even legally, there is a supposition of conflict of interest andunfair dealing. Why bring on new directors that already have a conflict of interest with shareholders?
