Why is Rick Boasik misleading shareholders?

Rick continues to twist and fabricate lies as to why he used his credit card to file an SEC proxy for Daniel and Roy.  Rick is not telling the truth again. Isn't this the same person who arranged all the conference calls to raise money during a cease trade?
I THINK IT'S CALLED MISREPRESENTATION?  Is it true that every call was recorded?
