John Thomas a fake and a coward?

This director approved over 14,000,000 shares for Tad Simmons, Julio Ferreria and Daniel Wolf. They never paid for them. Thomas then makes a statement that G8 is putting out zero money for projects? Thomas as a director are you telling the truth? Thomas send out a newsrelease about the AGM in September is that not your duty as a director?
