Global 8's new Board consists of Daniel Wolf, JohnThomas, Tad Simmons, Roy Hales, Ted Dreger and Rick Bosiak. The election results and a news release about Global8 Environmental Technologies' new BioOrganics' Portfolio Manager, Dan Noble,are both posted on the company website (www.g8et.com). An 8-K filing reporting the election results was posted to the SECwebsite and, as Global 8 is registered in Nevada, you will also find some of newly elected Directors listed on Global 8's page of theNevada Secretary of State's website.
