Termination of Option Agreement 

With reference to prior news release dated June 11, 2024, Green Battery Minerals Inc . announces that the Company and Volt Carbon have mutually agreed to terminate their arm’s length option agreement (the "Agreement")  with respect to GEM’s Berkwood Graphite Project, located in Northern Quebec.  Green Battery has withdrawn its application to TSX Venture Exchange (“TSX-V”) for approval of the Agreement.

Is this because VCT dosnt have the money to follow through? Marketing on line is not what I hoped GEM would embrace.  But we need cash.

Why does VCT need GEM's graphite when they have a similar and more deeper option agreement with EPR? the bulk samples that VCT are getting from EPR are likely more than enough to satisfy demand for the online store at this point. Gracias. Cheers mate.
