It appears the Great Bear namesake is about to leave Canadian capital markets for good. It was revealed this morning that Great Bear Royalties has agreed to be acquired by a subsidiary of Royal Gold.

Better to be lucky than to be good!! I ended up with a few shares at $4.80ish average price. Seems like a fair offer. A little more than 10% of the price for the Property on a 2% NSR. Will vote FOR this deal. GLTA.
