But Stillcanna management will be looking at other arrangements that deliver a higher return such as CBD honey which goes for $6000 USD/kg rather than $2000-3000 USD/kgs CBD isolate. 

Stillcannas management have not met their mandates of revenues. Anywhere. Certainly 
not from the Romania facility. There is no License 
granted.

'mandate'... is that a magic made up word? Heh heh heh. Stil said production in the 4th quarter, said last month they had sales, there was never a "mandate' but was supply agreements, now being filled.
