My Error. Could not get it done in Bulgaria.

They had no hope getting anything done in Bulgaria
so they thought let's get it done in Romnia. 

They forgot about Permits, that's more than apparent for
all to see.

Don't we all know that did not happen either. It's now 
according to their BS statements it's coming. I for one am
not holding my breath.  2nd Qtr 2020, 2021,2022,2023,?
fingers crossed. Soon.
