And you know this for sure how GoodTrade? Do you know Maddog personally and know his dealings?

The Stil management knew they had to adapt towards direct sales and accelerating sales, the 5 companies they have LOI with have promises for that, especially considering Dragonfly isn't expanding... at least till after Corona, perhaps till they get 'Novel' affirmations from the E.U. Commission. Dragon has 50 million setup for expansion but if E.U. Novel is waited on they may have no ...more

Good evaluation of the situation. Now they need to do due diligence. Do you think they can get a better deal doing it or the deal is "take it at this price or leave it"? Also, how many weeks or months will it take to finalize it? I'm wondering if Corona is making these things longer or faster (Nothing else to do right now). Thank you for giving us your thoughts on these topics.

According to one of the announcements I read, they have until May 20, 2020 to due their due diligence and formalize arrangements.

Considering the people involved, I would say they seldom ever consider a take it or leave it model effective management... it may be close to what happens but no, not a position taken before all due diligence. I'd say 'Corona' has a very big influence on any start ups or even small ongoing operations that are profitable, and especially where capitol formation exists.. Where Stil is ...more

Anybody have any idea when Stillcana will start trading again?
Comment by drmaddogs2 on Apr 29, 2020 10:20am
Nope, other than I believe there exists a 30 day rule about a LOI and filings. I would imagine Stil will have to make some sort of move in that window, 4-17 and 5-17. On a side note, with the Short and Distort players in 'Reverse funds' there will be some concern at end of month, 4-30, where Broker Dealers have to file on uncovered short positions... not much was short but then, not many ...more

Good to hear from you Drmaddog, there is one thing that mystifyes me a bit though. In your post you seem to imply that there is an ongoing relationship between Stillcana and Dragonfly, whereas in the letter of intent with Sativa, Stillcana is suing Dragonfly for breach of contract. If that's the case, I would think the partnership is done. Could you clarify what is going on with this situation ...more

one can be contractually involved with another company and still suing for differences. To break the contract one does not want to come out on the losing end of a settling to the contract dispute. Any contract of parties involved in disputes, there will be losses, to both sides..... money was spent. "effectively" there could be 'any partnership is done' but "Contractually ...more

drmaddogs2 Is there going to be a new "president" or are you just implying there might be. Any insight whether leadership of both companies, stay, merge, or leave? Who will run/lead Stilcanna moving forward?
Comment by drmaddogs2 on Apr 27, 2020 8:13am
'President' and 'CEO' can be both used in a Corporate structure at the same time. As I understand, in the last release, the same CEO exists, prior release was that a "President" had been made in the Stil company hierarchy.. the advisor for Romanian operations that had a great deal of international experience about 8 years ago leading back a couple decades, specifically ...more
