Perhaps some selling to get in on a new PP.     They don't have enough money to take it to production yet.    So  expect more dilution yet.    I expect another announcement soon.     Lots of work to pay for before profitable commercial production.        Then there is the mining and transportation equipment.

i disagree that they need more money before they commence mining operations ....one big question that no one wants to answer is why the permit for the bulk sampling of ten thousand tons had to be re-submitted after supposedly being submitted 6 months previous....have personel been or being hired for the commencement of mining?

You watch  I'd bet there is another PP comming up soon.   Not sure I'll buy into it.   Got a lot of warrants already

found out on friday they are soliciting for another pp,so you are correct.....always thought that companies will announce a pp and then announce the closure with the tmx announcing the acceptance.....not in this case though......a concern i have is that their pp are going at a lower and lower price and not the other way around.....mda mentioned mining and production in 3rd or 4th qtr which is good

If you don't mind me asking what is the price they are offering this latest placement at. ?     There was a lot of plans to drill, pump out lexington, Mill to be readied for startup, some equipment to purchase plus probably a couple of pickups or crummies.  that would take funding     Purchases of extra territory plus the Motel used  a lot of cash on hand.

a couple numbers i remember are .255 and .28 cents..flow and non-flow so is this the reason they walked the price down?...they hope to close this week and apparentley Wolf will be at the operations within the next two weeks.
