No New Interest. No attendance at Pdac

So i spoke to Cartmel once! He mentioned one reason George was gone is that they needed to get new investors interest. pdac is largest investor conference and if these guys were serious that production is starting quarter 1, they would be announcing this and going to pdac. Phoned Pdac today and asked if rcg was anywhere and they said they were not. Can't join anymore as they are sold out! Rcg is a joke!

I don't believe what Cartmel says, they needed to attract investors so George retired, doesn't add up. Try get hold of him again and ask why they aren't there.

Same here. He was in office as the lady put me on hold and then came back to say he was busy and would call back. Never did! I called again today and voiced my opinion on investor relations. She didn’t want to hear my concerns and said she was just an answering service. They want sellers imo as they are doing sfa to deal with shareholders. I’ll hold for when they want buyers as part of their plan ...more

Lucky that George as a shareholder cares. Called him and he called right back. Says the company was in dire need of funds and thus it is what it is. Says this should be the last financing and that the remaining directors are actually working hard to get the mine into full commercial production. Other than running on fumes everything as far as dufferin and mining is positive . Once rcg have funds ...more

We might see announcement of new Ceo this week; just an assumption based on rcg going to Pdac in Toronto next weekend, which is the largest mining conference in North America. Would be nice if they can announce a new ceo leading up to that as ai assume they will be actively holding meetings there. Maybe that is where they will get the investors for the recent financing that needs to be closed by ...more

So 3 million closed of the Po not 5 million as announced. No interest? No company comment  in pr? On a positive note less diluted? Is this enough funding into commercial production? Anyone?

Both Tranches were heavily subscribed by Sprott and other insiders. The mine should be running bascially in full operartion by now so it does not make sense they would continue to fund the operation so heavily if the gold was not producing. If the mine is now nearly fully operational it should be able to fund itself so maybe they did not need the full $5m but who knows considering the lack of ...more

I wonder if they already know who the Ceo is, but are waiting to release when they are ready to start commercial production. Sprott and co. need to keep the shares down so that the Australians can sell all their shares and so they can average their share price down from previous financing. Also, we are in a terrible gold bear market and mazinf companies have gone down 40 t0 50 percent the past 18 ...more
