dilution

All i'm hoping for is that there won't be any further dilution of our investment(s), would be a shame to lose out even more because of more financing or consolidation.

Then again, that would mean we'd at least have some news. All of the big players haven't sold just yet so I guess some investors appear to still have hope in this project

RCG insiders are in total control (retail investord have no influence on share price at thus time)the future will reveal if the insiders are share holder friendly or not!! If the insiders destroy us with dilution or steal our future value it should come to no surprise that is what the mining sector does to its retail investors!! In return that is why the mining sector is has a very weak investor ...more

There is no way to know the answer to that question until the next step in the direction of the company is taken. It has clearly been stalled in terms of the market for a reason - now we wait to see what that reason is. Slaut - Leigh McBain

The resource mining sector is a strange market to be in? For example what is Forrest hill property worth? When it was owned by seabright resources late 80’s( ? ) and purchased later by an Australian company what was the market cap of that property alone? Nothing mined out since and runs high grade narrow vein and one of the highest grades in the province. It’s open in both directions and lots of ...more

Selling off projects that remian in line with the company's core business direction isn't a good plan, unless absolutely necessary, or unless are getting paid one heck of a premium for it. You would also want the payout to be a combination of cash and shares and with an NSR kicker. Unfortunately right now you can't look at valuations on properties from bygone eras; the way valuations ...more

The remaining non insider share holder base could orgainize as a collective group find professional expertise to validate if our investment in RCG is being ethically managed in our best interests.(WE DO REPRESENT 60% OWNERSHIP OF THIS PUBLIC COMPANY) I believe we deserve to be served by management in a very responsible way !!!!!

I get your point about selling off assets but still think that if rcg are in dire straits ie cash to pursue mining dufferin or tangier and have no option but to merge or .05 financings., then selling Forrest hill which is presently on the back burner seems to make more sense than totally diluted company and horrible for existing shareholders. Merger at this price doesn’t appear appealing ...more

I definitely understand the perspective and don't completely disagree it. The merit of a sale would be completely dependent on the deal being offered, in combination with the actual financial state of the company. On paper, the company clearly appears to need cash and the sale may simply make sense for that reason.  Whether selling is worth it or not depends a great deal on the company ...more

Based on everything I have heard and seen, there is very little potential for this to move forward without either a financing or some form of merger / acquisition. They simply aren't producing enough yet to forego some additional move on that side of the house. Salut - Leigh McBain.
