Mr.Damian I have been at this game for a decade I have learned there is no common standard of integerity in the investing world it is literally the wild west and the the mining country is in my option the most deceitful ,corrupt,inhumane place to invest (mining is the CONGO  country of investing)so having said that encouraging piece of information my advice is, if you want to play with

So what is next? Consolidate 5 to 1 and and then do a 10 cent or 5 cent financing or does Sprott offer them a loan or credit line? Maybe he exercises his warrants at 12 cents? Maybe all the millions of shares that were purchased at 2 cents by investors int he know will start buying lower volume at higehr prices ot get the prices up?

Mr. Damian my opinion for what its worth (not much) is the information I have about RCG is take a position that you are comfortable with, leave it and wait and there will be a day you will be glad  you did and it will reward you very well.I say that because I have read enough about Sprott and Rick Rule that these guys are no fools in rattlesnake country and if they hold 25% of RCG that is all

It is also possible that Sprott can supply the start up and operational captial with a loan deal get RCG making money expand resources grow the company and the same time he is generating interest from the loans he came benefit simultaneously with the increase in share value from his 25% plus equity holdings in RCG .That is a deal that will reward everyone that holds a position in RCG today.I don

Mr.Damian thats awesome you and I indiviidually own more shares than the top #4 and  #5 insiders according to Ink Research (I personally own slightly over 2 million shares and adding more as RCG  unfolds) Mr.Icmbain has a position but never said how many shares. I have a few friends that pick up some also.So thats great we have a few people on the bullboard that have a shared investment

I expect the stock back up to 30-40 cents by end of November; once it gets going, there won't be any sellers to stop it; they will have all sold by then. Notice today that on 5 separate ocassions when the stock went up on a large chunk of buying, anoymous sold 1000 shares for 20 dollars to drop the price back down to keep it at 2 cents? Manipulated heavily and on purpose!

Specky, you think they are doing so in order to get a consolidation at 5 to 1 and have a new financing at 10 cents? What you think is up? You know any of the recent buyers? 14 million in one month. We do not get that in a year, usually!.

Ps turning away 2 million in investment money is irregular especially given the situation. Whatever the deal is it better be something better than 2 million offer that they pushed away

Hi Lockdown, At present I have had NO indication that the company has "turned away" the $2m investment offer, but they are unlikley to do a financing for that money alone. I Assuming they do a standard financing, that offer would almost certainly be rolled into a larger financing that includes more strategic investment as well - I could be wrong, but I doubt it.  The company needs
