THIS IS REALLY LOOKING LIKE AN ENGNEERED BANKERUPTCY (LOL) WHEN YOU DANCE WITH THE DEVIL THE EXPECTATION WOULD BE TO BE BURNED.ANYWAY HOPE EVERYONE MADE A LITTLE  MONEY AS RCG CRASHED AND BURNED .WIN A FEW LOSE A FEW ITS BEEN A GREAT RIDE LETS ALL GO AND MAKE SOME MONEY PLAYING ANX

Hey Lockdown, sentiment understood, but while the company is halted and people are not at liberty to dispose of their shares, even at fire sale pricing, it is a little hard to just move on. Everyone looks for closure - that may be bankruptcy, delisting, etc or it may be some form of restructured entity, but either way it is a form of closure. Lockdown: What is your problem? You hav ebeen buying hsares with RCG for a long time? Why are you so happy that they are this much in trouble?  Also, for your understanding, Sprott Lending did not initiate this NOI and stay of Poceedings, it was the company on their own terms and it can be beneficial because they can negotiate with unsecured creditros and work out deals to pay them back half ...more

MR.DAMIAN THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAD A RIDE ON A PONY LIKE RCG. -ORGANIZED BUSINESS USES DUMB RETAIL MONEY TO PAY FOR THE ASSETS AND THE DEVEOPEMENT THEY THEN GUIDE INTO BANKERUPTCY AND THE THIRD PARTY PICKS THE ASSETS UP FOR PENNIES. Exactly, keeps the unsecured on hold while they work out terms with the secured creditors. Unfortunately us shareholders are also unsecured. The only positive here is our secured creditor( Sprott Lending) also has lots of warrants and Sprott has lots of shares. If it was only stupidity (poor management decisions) and lack of capital, and the mine is ACTUALLY feasible ; that would mean long term it ...more

 Looking back now, this comany wouldn't have been able to make the payments for Dufferin without Sprott coming in and settling the debt. We would have defaulted much earlier to a potentially less understanding group.  Anyone notice they turfed the Maritime management?
