20 million tax credits= 6 million - 40% fire sale = 3.6 million
Dufferin Mill = 30 to 50 million working capital to build- 40% fire sale=  18 to 30 million
Forest Hill and Tangier : similar numbers to Dufferin : 89 million NPv

There won't be a fire sale price when there are multiple bids. At least 10 meetings held last 2 days with very interested parties. I know a person that told me they know a company making a good offer in a few weeks time. Wi see if it happens!
