I am hearing RCG common share holders are wiped out on the deal.Anyone know anything ????

Lockdown, How many bids are the assets being parceled out across ? === A single buyer would be interesting and odd. It suggests the buyer is not be able to afford or use the tax credits. Or might want to avoid the baggage of extra shareholders from a merger. On the RCG side, the shareholder equity would be wiped out if the company took a $13M haircut on the assets.
