Lockdown: What is your new guess!

So you mentioned last Juky that Atlantic was going to buy RCG. didn't happen, Anaconda was going to buy them; not in the final 4 bid. I mentioned that Santa Barbara or Bonterra might be involved in the final 4 bid. It has been now stated that neither of those, nor Carube are in the final 4 bids. It was also stated that there are 2 public companies bidding and two groups that are not publically listed. I know one of the groups is a group that George Young was involved with and I assume they are American. The other group I have no clue, but maybe it is Sprott and Gibson wanting to make it private. So who do you think the 2 public groups are? I can only wish it was Osisko or Lakeland, but I highly doubt it. Osprey or Maritime? Hopefully someone better than those two! Any predictions?

Damian its all good Sprott is in control  "SPROTT WILL MAKE RCG GREAT AGAIN" when RCG is resurrected from the dead by Mr. Sprott and its trading again I will be BUYING MORE RIGHT OUT OF THE GATE FIRST HOUR ITS TRADING AGAIN.

Sprott could care less. Gibson told me straight up that 4 million to sprott is like us losing 4 thousand. He needs the tax loss write offs. If he wanted to rescue it, he would have already. Been told that Gibson was not any part of the letters of intent .

Leigh suggested that George Young's group would try to take control with an investment. Assuming control is 50% they need about 175M shares. They would need, say $20M, to bring Dufferin into production. 20M/175M = 11.4c 13M + 20M = 33M shareholder equity 175M + 175M = 350M shares $33M/350M shares = 9.4c/sh

I think they would pay off the debts and then do a big consolidation once they get 200+ million shares.

Lockdown you bashed sprott and Gibson before that they would screw us and now you are praising them!

The consolidation will be irrelevant. It is just changing the wall paper. The size of the investment and the shares are more important. The downside is that doubling the shares halves our portion of the $89.2M NPV (totally expected at this stage). The upside is it firms up the balance sheet and likely raises shareholder equity. And yes some of the cash will go to paying off the debt.

Rather see a public company either merge and give us shares or buy us out. Dont feel like watching a group consolidate to keep us alive. Sprott has nothing to do with sprott lending and their decision. What makes you think Eric sprott is even involved at this point. Gibson isnt!

* Damian, I have no idea what you mean by consolidation. Splits and reverse stock splits (consolidation) are non-events in my books. They don't how much I have invested in dollars nor how much have I have in dollars after the split or reverse split. * A smaller company has more downside risk. It also has more upside reward. * Atlantic shareholders got paid a premium for being cashed out. The ...more
