Shell news next week!

Deal must be made by next week in court which means that they already probably picked the top bidder in the last few days. There were 2 remaining by June 12 bidding round, down from 4. One public group and one private. They were not an investor group. Anyway, PwC has a none competitive process which I heard had groups walk away and prefer not to deal with them. The 2 remaining groups are probably bidding for who will offer an extra few hundred k. Rcg shareholders will have a shell out of this and nothing more! All the properties will be gone and they will have to search for one and then dilute shares like crazy. Basically rewind 5 years to when George young became ceo and rcg was apenny . Only then they had much less shares!

empty shell is possible if it is an asset sale tax credits belong to the shareholders 20.8/175 = 11.9c/sh they have been diluted from 15/25 = 60c/sh Gary Lewis could reinvest his cash to control the shell. What will Eric Sprott do with his larger share count? if Lewis doesn't take the cash then the shell has $2M of cash $2M of liabilities Does Eric Sprott take control for $2M ? --- hoping ...more

</leftbook. in a few days we will find out how screwed we are! sprott lending will make their cash and a lot of extra interest. unsecured will make their money back. george young and jack cartmel will get their cash. pwc will make a killing for running a crappy sales process. and we i'll get nothing!>

like the policeman said ... I arrested a few fortune tellers in my time ... the one thing they have in common is none of them saw it coming.

A glass of fine wine at the Sprott Symposium is baked in. Either that or my tarot cards are not working.

Hey Leftbook Annapolis Valley Nova Scotia grows and makes some of the finest wine in the world and Nova Scotia has some the finest gold deposits in the world .I am sure Mr. Sprott will enjoy a glass of NS ice wine with some NS lobster while counting his money he will make from RCG.Damian is not feeling optimistic about RCG  can you write something to cheer him up and give him some hope.
