Lockdown, 1) good summary of reverse take over by private company looking to go publc 2) maritime could benefit from the tax credits when they start up Hammerdown they have just $1.5M of tax credits RCG has roughly $25M

It will happen; question is when? Sprott and creditors already claimed their tax losses or will very soon for the 2019 year and then rcg can be offered a proposal for pennies in dollar or if creditors allow, for free!

And what if it does not happen ? For example what if Eric Sprott does not sell his shares ?

Why wouldn;t he? There is no point to hang on to them! we can get 4 cents a share possibly for them still!

not a great answer ... as a power play if we can get 4c for the shares others can too Sprott might not sell 1. to retain control of the company 2. prevent Lewis or others from taking control of the company again 3. forcing it to the ground I assume he went into this assuming it would suceed. It has been a waste of time for him. And the rest of us too.

Right now the company does not exist trading. There are shares being traded and we get 0 from it in its current state. So why would anyone just be happy with current status quo and have 0 from it?

some might prefer to sit and wait until they have a sufficient tax gain before taking a tax loss. Sprott might be waiting for Lewis to buy him out or visa versa

Sprott hada huge tax gain last year when his Atlantic Gold shares were bough out! I'm sure he was aware of that and took full advantage already or will in Jnauary.

is he able to sell his RCG shares ? are RCG shares trading on the market ? at what bid ask ? --- Gary Lewis could settle cash owned to him by RCG at ten cents on the dollar. And then use the cash to buy shares from Eric Sprott. --- Lewis: after you Eric. Sprott : no after you Gary
