Spoke to CRA; the only reason that the old directors are not trying to get a deak for the tax credits is because once RCG is opene dup again , guys liek Jack will be on the hook for the money owed to CRA. Now i know why no old director as shareholder wants their money back; they would owe mor ethan they would receive back. On a sidenote I foudn a company in Australia that wants a shell in Canada ...more

I curious to know if the directors believed that it is also in the interest of other shareholders, the majority, not to strike a deal for the tax credits. thanks for the side note

This we know: Eric Sprott gave away as a donation millions of shares to charity December 2018 ( literally a few days before tax cut off; Greg Gibson told me this February 3rd , 2019). Greg Gibson quit a month prior . He could care less if he lost all his cash in RCG as he needed a large amount of write off cash from his huge deal with Atlantic gold ( I heard that Sprott lending was extremely ...more
