We will probably see a rapid surge in price as soon as the company releases some good news. Shorts will cover and go long. Then fomo will kick in.

I really like your optimism - I would love nothing more than to see this take place. I think first and foremost, LVV needs to be definitively sorted. This has been a festering sore that has negatively impacted us, questioned our credibility and has hurt our legitimacy in the eyes of potential investment.
