I hope people will vote her in because she makes a great addition, she will bring great experience and knowledge that will be applicalble to the business. Its getting tempting to jump in again, knowing that we have some good projects coming in to be part of the business.

I don't think there is any doubt she will be voted in. Her reputation and accomplishments speak for themselves. But strategically, between Bob and his partner, the Board and executive, there is most likely enough shares to pass the appointment. Failing that, I would hope that any major shareholder would be intelligent enough to fall over themselves to appoint someone of her caliber. She
