The AGM proved to be non eventful as the agenda sent out to shareholders was approved by the board members. The real news should be coming out soon, hopefully this week.

I don't think the AGM is meant for releasing news and contracts etc. Shareholders and management meet together to go over financial statements and do some potential voting for new board members? Am I wrong here?

You are correct - when there were no NR leading up to this, it was clear that they were sticking to the predetermined agenda. A company cannot discuss at the AGM, what has not been released. I am hoping this was the administrative first step. Cement Bob and Renee as Board Members and start the news beginning tomorrow...
