Conversation with Jeff

I spoke with Jeff this morning.  He is quite pleased. His team is collecting all the loose items for the Voya financing for starting the infrastructure buildout asap.  He said the city was not adverse to building homes before central park completion.

I asked what else was going forward.  He said that in addition to Montalva, he was working for a while with a private company that installed over $65 million in solar roofs and batteries last year and is growing by over 30% per year in Arizona.  He said they want to merge with GRB to create an immediate $140 million per year sustainable living company given the imminent Sage Ranch revenue.

He felt this could create a $900 million market cap company on day one of a merger. The guys in Arizona are also significant Podcasters and Influencers due to their business success.

He is also very happy with the Utah project for 3500 small homes.

He sounded very upbeat.

Is this why all the news releases are now being issued from Arizona?

You are a sad little man. Hope everyone else has a great weekend. GRB hasn't looked this promising in a long, long time.

tylerreddick...your post was perfect with just GRB hasn't looked this promising in a long, long time. Why get personal?

Don't you find it sad that someone with no interest in GRB would spend so much of his precious time bashing the stock and the CEO?  schneps had all kinds of opportunities to buy some shares and participate in th potential upside, so he is obviously here only to bash. Life is short, so that truly is sad. JMO

How many shares do you have to divide into that 900 mil cap? When bring on another company! It has more sells $ per year than us! Sure 37 mil into 900 looks FANTASTIC! But that probably is not the whole story! Let's be realistic please head bottlewasher!

windyguy, this is why I don't waste my time talking to CEOs. They always blow sunshine up where it doesn't belong.
