So Samren, you came here to post a bunch of unsubstantiated and extremely negative stuff against the company, and Jeff for that matter. And now you suddenly want to disappear? If you are indeed Strasser as Jeff apparently outed you in an email to shneps, as a control person and an insider, did the lawyers tell you to sthu?

" signing off for good " Just can't help yourself?

I changed my mind.

Since you are back posting, may as well tell everyone if you sold your water rights to the city, and if there was a stipulation attached that those rights had to be used for Sage.
Comment by Samren on Aug 01, 2024 8:04pm
Never spoke to city about selling water rights.  Grb has option .

From the July 1st agenda, Tehachapi City council meeting: " CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS Property: Base water rights City negotiators: City Manager, Public Works Director Negotiating party: Ronnie Strasser Under negotiation: price and terms of payment "

Never happened.  Untrue.  Look at meeting notes. No mention of anything.
Comment by shneps on Aug 02, 2024 7:54am
That was on the "agenda". We haven't seen the actual meeting notes yet.
Comment by tylerreddick on Aug 02, 2024 8:05am
Samren, the minutes for that meeting aren't out yet. Besides, the discussion about the purchase of water rights was in a "closed session". Your credibility is vanishing quickly.
Comment by Samren on Aug 02, 2024 8:26am
You'll find out soon enough about my credibility!

I would highly suggest shareholders go to the SEDAR landing page below and note that the water agreement between Greenbriar (dated October 1st 2023) has finally been posted. Also finally being posted are the numerous GRB/PWR agreements related to Sage Ranch. All just being posted yesterday. Looks like somebody is playing catch up on required documents. https://www.sedarplus.ca/csa-party ...more
