Considering all of the roadblocks GRB has faced,

if Jeff can actually get either Sage or Montalva into the construction phase, he should be applauded for pulling off what is looking more and more like a miracle.

Even though I won't be a shareholder, i will congratulate him. And even though I bug the cheeleaders, I don't wish financial harm on anyone.

Trump has destroyed our society enough, no need to help him out.

But the CEO said everything would be resolved next week. Next year the company is building Cordero Ranch.
