A bargain?

It appears that there are still some speculators who believe that GRB is worth the risk.

All I can say is that if Sage doesn't go ahead, I find it hard to see much value here.

GRB needs a source of new capital to pay the ongoing bills to run a public company, pay PWR for the latest agreement they signed, and for the mounting lawyer fees. That may come eventually, but odd that it hasn't happened already.

One day GRB will have to issue a news release about something, and hopefully that "something" clears up some of the outstanding questions hanging over this stock.

Also if the Puerto Rico project which after the news last month doesn't get the go ahead! Circle the wagons people! Head bottlewasher has his shareholders in a very difficult position?

There are two key indicators I'm currently watching -  1.   Being, if the City/Water District can come to terms on the fourth cause of action and exactly what this would require the City to do for moving Sage Ranch forward or not. Is the District requesting that the City's growth rate be regulated as previously requested? What requirements need to be met for the EIR for ...more
