NEW UPDATE

Just to clear some rumors spreading on this board . I made a nice phone call with the ceo yesterday, and did some research then was able to confirm few things :
1. Cavco contract has nothing to do with Sage Ranch project. It was meant for CORDERO RANCH
Sage Ranch houses will not be manufactured home , everything is still the same .

2. And about the litigation, actually Greenbriar sued him first for 1 millione dollar , then this person filed a counter sue to GRB. litigation is baseless and a small claim for around 140k$ , those small claims happens every second in America, nobody cares.

3. There are many lager buyers right now , and they are willing to buy anyone's positions including Strasser's .

4. Montalva project is also made huge progress as well.

5.finally for the elephant in the room , the water litigation. i did some research and I wish i can legally tell you how soon it is gonna be fully settled , (but if I am a gamblers i will bet it will be fully settled in the company and city's best interests in the near future. )
I know fear is spreading with rumors, sadly all those misinformations are just hurting the small shareholders. Larger SH with correct information are taking advantage to buy cheaper shares.

You may doubt about my motivation , but I am just nobody , a small shareholders with around 62k shares. I was holding this stock since 2020 May , So I understand how difficult it was in the past few years for SH , but the light in the end of tunnel is very very near. You dont have to trust me but just think why would someone like Chris Harvey the previously CEO of JP Morgan Securities would join GRB , if he doesn't believe in this company? If you follow Jeff's instagram you would know there are not just business partners but actually good friends .

A detailed and generous post by Dear101 based in a real conversation with our CEO.  Tyler or any other naysayer, I suggest that you actually phone or email Jeff to discuss your issues directly. Instead of just posting neverending complaints.

"1. Cavco contract has nothing to do with Sage Ranch project. It was meant for CORDERO RANCH    Sage Ranch houses will not be manufactured home , everything is still the same .  FYI, Cavco is not a contract it is a Memorandum of Understanding. Very big difference. - Then why mention they have a California manufacturing facility?  (which they don't) - Then why ...more

Yeah and now he is comparing me to the banks  Thats right .. sorry i am not that rich , never claimed to be , i was the one public stated how much  shares i have in numbers ,   so what is your point , Just a English lesson maybe. Sorry excuse my choice of word. I thought maybe Substantial is a relative and subjective term , maybe comparing to 0 , 62000 is a Substantial number . ...more

Beside that is some misunderstanding about Cavco, they are not building any trailers     Cavco is selling over 500,000 homes, there are only 19 reviews on Yelp. No company can sell 500,000 homes and have $2 billion in sales if it sold a bad product.   It further states that Cavco has a retail dealer network, and any bad reviews are from a local dealer. 19 reviews out of ...more

The NR Says SR is 995 homes and Cardero 3.500 so GRB has a "pipeline to 4,500 homes".  So much for approved contractor. That approved contractor that he won't identify won't build without cash upfront.  No way so forget it unless GRB parents up with Jeff bezos. Saying that VOYA approved them last year is a big difference from saying VOYA will advance them two cents ...more

Maybe by the time Sage Ranch is approved, there will be a demand for 1000 more homes in Tehachapi. Unfortunately, many of us may have passed away by then. :o)

"Homes to be built by a first class contractor approved by VOYA last year" .  The earth will stop turning before Jeff signs an MOU or the back of a napkin with someone and doesn't NR it,

Richard Phillips Homes - is still listed as the builder of the Sage Ranch Development. I don't know what ever happened to Landmark Builders. They were in previous photo ops related to Sage Ranch but have disappeared. Richard Phillips is involved in a lawsuit related to the Tyner Ranch development in Bakersfield. https://trellis.law/doc/170876687/2023-06-29-recommendation-proposed-order-for ...more

Montalva turns diet in 2024, that's what the website says.   DEARLOL - FOMB going to green light a project worth BILLIONS in rates, a 30 or 40 year contact that'll cost probably $300 million to build.  Let's forgive and forget the billion dollars racketeering lawsuit Jeff filed against PREPA that's now dropped.

Dearlol, did you happen to ask what they are doing for operational cash? They were supposed to be paying Captiva Verde in cash, but that seems to have not happened. Even if Sage Ranch gets the green light and VOYA comes through, none of that money is for GRB operational expenses. I'm just wondering if some form of dilutive financing is coming.

The more I think about DearLOL's post, the more I realise it is just a bowl of word salad, with a huge dollop of hopium dressing mixed in.
