Moving Assets

According to the Kern County Assessment office Jeff and Heidi continue to shuffle assets around. The latest being on October 10th 2024.
Last time they were doing this was in 2017-2018 as Captiva Verde Land Corp. was collapsing and they were shuffling assets for protecting them.
Not saying this is the reasoning for doing it but certainly something to follow.

I'm just trying to figure out how Ken Thayer (Residential First Capital) got his name on the Scott Ranch property that Jeff and Heidi had set up a mortgage on? I thought two mortgage groups had given them the mortgage. Now Thayer and the Ciachurskis are placing a new trustee on the property. Why? How?
