He did cut his BS shareprice projection from $20 to $9 after four years. Have they even applied to Tranche 3 for the solar project? They currently have a housing development in Tehachapi, in which the courts have dictated the approvals are to be voided, pending the fourth cause. There is no formal agreement for the Utah properties. "Construction of all three projects are imminent..."
