It seemed to me that the funds provided correlated to the length of the road and bridge work being done.  GenM's 4km is relatively short compared to others. It is infrastructure funding after all. I still have to believe that it speaks to the probability of the mine being built. One would hope the Feds are not wasting their money - that hope is certainly open to criticism though....
