That was a private buy and he just did a private sale for another of his funds at the same time.   No idea what he is doing but he has been liquidating a big chunk of shares in december.   Getting out of the name ?  As he is a director, we should see if he resigns.   Anyway, there is no volume while the stock drifts lower. Back to waiting GLTA
