Who is selling?

Very little volume so not really concerned but puzzling why this stock is not much higher?

The market is never efficient with small and microcaps. Even less efficient in this type of market. At least you get a divy while waiting for it to be bought out, taken private or discovered.

I don't think they could find a buyer, so now they're pivoting to IFRS and attempting to list on OTCQX.

You might have a point on the listing, they did mention in an interview a few months ago that an uplist in the States was not worth it. Layne is on the block since january/february and Granite has not find a buyer for them also.   While they do not provide a lot of information, interesting to see that it was profitable this quarter, more thant what they kept. The problem : who will buy ...more

I thought MDI might make an offer since they have $70M+ in cash and could probably finance the deal.
