It's not a good sign when the CFO leaves a deal in such a mess. Too bad the rest of the management group is still involved. I am glad I got most of my money out of this soon to be defunct company awhile a go.

Well the departed CFO, for whatever reason, was unable to file the financials on time. It's time to get this ship righted and get the company on track with filings and get back to trading. If that requires changes in the C suite then by all means.
