Hey, my shares converted at under a $1 so what am i worried about.  This is a juggernaut of a company with top tier management, well capitalized and US exposure at just the right time.  I woudn't be going anywhere just yet.

I don' understand all the negativity.  Maybe people are shorting or looking for a low price.  I am just holding for a long time.
