Could GGB be acquiring EAT
Folks forget that EAT's chairman David Posner has a sister on the board of GGB and EAT is halted so far for over 24 hours.
EAT is making about $24m annually and primarily based out of California, that would give a fresh access to a massive state with a revenue generating company.
GGB bought Xanthic remember and Posner was on that BOD and was a co-founder of that cmopany.
Not altogether crazy but I suppose GGB would also be halted....
