Insider selling..."what is other"?

It looks like many insiders have sold according to INK.  Don't know what "other" means.  Anyone shed light on this?  TIA

I only checked SEDI reports which didn't show selling. Check INK to see if options are filed under "other" as they are in SEDI. If they exercise their options, then their number of options goes down and shows as a negative which makes it look like a sale at first glance but is not.
