GTEC Holdings 190,909 shares for debt

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 190,909 common shares at a deemed price of 55 cents to arm's-length vendors to settle outstanding milestone payments for $105,000.
 
Number of creditors:  two creditors
The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
