i hope this company can do some good work here. the industry is still growing and kinda new so i have high hopes that green impact can do some good.

its very early but sometimes thats the best place to find some gems :)

Not sure how 2 affiliates can sell and buy assets to one another and have a somewhat common executive team taking down 2 comp packages.  Waiting to see what happens to Wolverine.  Very strange set of circumstances.

it's a shell game, how does a company worth zero suddenly get a market cap of $150m by swapping "assets" with a company with a market cap <$50m and all its assets on leaseback, securing loans etc etc.

apropos a listing on the Venture exchange, the old adage "a mining promotor is a liar stood next to a hole in the ground" seems to have changed to " a green energy promotor stood next to a pile of cow s**t"

This whole thing should be investigated.  Where are the brokers who strung this manure story together ?  Was there a fairness opinion?
