Someone from TD picked 500000 just like that!

Perhaps... but until the share price significantly rises then I would not jump in and buy.  If they got their financing or something else positive happened, the price should start to climb.

The way this stock has been so quiet lately, something must have leaked to somebody. I could be way off base, but not sure someone would buy $50,000.00 without knowing something. Hope this is the start of something good for all the suffering longs. All the Best.

It is just extremely undervalued . Someone likely just taking a position at these cheap prices ...The largest volume day in a year should get some attention . Even if he winds his shares down for a few pennies it should kick start a semi run . If there are actual developments then it will move quickly up like it did late last summer .....

I bought 50 K shares here yesterday I believe early on in the day and was impressed with the volume that followed. Like someone was watching and waiting. Then todays volume was off the hook. Hope we see some positive delvelopments here soon. Stock is worth over a buck right now. Would be great to find insider buying.

I prefer to buy stock BEFORE they significantly rise! You can sit and wait but the price has not been significantly falling.... The fear keeps people out of the market before the moves take place. We all know the score here. All the hard work's been done.

Great, buy away!  Base it on the fact that GIX is undervalued. My point was that one might not want to use the increased volume (without a rise in sp) as your trigger.  We had a spike in trading volume about a month ago with no significant news coming out. GLTA longs

You know the more I research and think about this the more I believe they are going to be bought out. It would explain why PG isn't talking and also isn't selling. The premium may also not be that great or PG might be buying more furiously.... Just speculating since the company's given us nothing so far. Thoughts??
Comment by eljoro on Mar 20, 2014 11:11am
I won't refute your speculations, but I will add that I think PG isn't saying anything because he and D. Craig had such a major falling out (we all know what PG said publicly about management and many of us know what DCraig said privately re: Peter's "departure") that all bridges are permanently burned. If PG is still holding the bulk of his shares it's because he knows ...more

In that small cap power piece just recently, Grandich was quoted as saying the "only" two stocks he still owns in the junior resource space is sgc and TGZ. The way I read it, it implied that he had dumped Gix which is consistent with the selling pressure we saw fairly consistently a few weeks back. Grandich selling means very little other than maybe he sees more potential in TGZ and sgc ...more

All the action is in Canada if that helps at all. Great to see nonetheless
