All true!

But how long can they survife at this market enviroment? Is it possible that there was no take over because the big Producer think the PM will stay low for another 1 or 2 years?

And what is when the Management sells the Company for cheap Money to a big Player and they get therfore a good income? Or is that unrealistic?

unrealistic. That could happen if you have one big player on the Board that will continue to benefit from the merger or acquisition. In this case you have 5 major people invested. Only one of which gets a salary. The other 4 are invested in the company because the payout is the through the share price doing well. There is no chance of them giving the company away.

Temex Resources was bought by Lakehore Gold. A stock recommanded by Kaiser because of his professional shareholders. It was a good deal for me but not for older shareholder. I remember one of them bought for 400.000 C$.That's a lot of Money.
