Not ideal, but based on the volume yesterday I assume they already have buyers lined up and this finance will be closed quickly.  Hope they have good use for this

Agreed, still trying to figure out what happened yesterday given today's news. That has to be the oddest bit of trading I have seen in a while. The person who bought 1 million plus could have today for the same money and received an option for additional shares at .065 later. Would this person be a tad upset given todays news??

U need 2 understand the term "gypsy swap" as it relates to yesterday and todays PP news. DEFINITION OF 'GYPSY SWAP' A method in which a company may raise capital without issuing additional debt or holding a secondary public offering.
