Everything looks good here, its all happening as promised, a little slow but that's to be expected. IMHL will now own 61% of Karakul which means they are heavily invested. If we can get a positive FS news release afterwards, that could lead to some great news for Karakul, JV or buyout.

Re-read the news and I don't like #4 ... I though all debts were paid with the PP from the last news release ?? 4. Actually I believe Altai Rudametall holds lease to Karakul and they are owned by IMHL.So IMHL owns all of Karakul.IMHL will own 61% of Gco and with them firmly in the drivers set May be able to work out a deal with China.Russia and China did very large deal for natural gas with China so maybe they can work out a deal on Cobalt.          So now will have two separate teams

Glad to see you are still here and holding Dirt.. Will be nice to see some life get back into at least one of our stocks after the split! Are we worried about rollbacks on both after the split?

For what it's worth, from the last release: They value their North American assets at 3 Millions, current market cap is 3.5 millions, if we remove the 20% hold by IMHL (they wil not received shares of North American assets). It means that current SP reflect only North American Value.... By having IMHL holding 60% of Global Cobalt company (by the conversion of their debt at 5 cents shares
