The last long wait was TSX investagating our paper work and process.So we should have listing Pretty darn Quick.I do not know what it will Be but V.GEMC is a possiability  we already have a GLOBAL energy Metals TWITTER account and one can list there for updates and infomation.It is my understanding  still that it is IMHL's  is responceability to settel dept with IP.They were close friends in 2013 when IMHL got an intrest free loan from IP so lets hope they play nice know and move forward.If there was not a  crash in Oil and Russians had not invaded Ukarine we would have been alot farther ahead of where we are now.But if we can complete this in the worst of times what will happen when Oil rises a little and Russia get out of the dog house and sanction are dropped by the west?To our favor both Canadian and Russian currency is down also so time for some one with deep pockets to step up and take a swing for the fence(China)...Dirt2Oil13 do your own DD

It is finally getting a little exciting. I think imhl and IP are still on reasonable terms as IP was willing to extend standstill rather than immediately start working toward foreclosure. I think the way the split is happening leaves GCO with some cash to work with in paying what is owing. It feels like we have been on the cusp of something huge for years now and finally the obstacles in our way

I also believe something good could happen the work that went into getting here must have been staggering.That beining said we have shares in GEMC  as bouns safety net and it is hard to believe GCO and IMHL went to all this expence  not  to settle with IP who not only was good enough to loan them money intrest free  but as Misbrandt mentioned give them multipule extentions with

True, they did work for free and did not quit. I truly hope for them and for all shareholders we are rewarded, very well rewarded.
